Submission Guidelines
Author submissions
We accept manuscripts across many sectors, with or without an agent, from anywhere in the world. Whether you are a new author or have been previously published, we would like to hear from you. The review process will take between 4-6 weeks. We will contact you once a decision has been reached.
How to submit your work
Alternatively, you can send a synopsis and complete manuscript to us by email at: submissions@moathousepublishing.com.
Electronic versions of your manuscript should be send in one file and not separate files for each chapter or section. Please use Microsoft Word format and 12pt Calibri font. Each line should be in 1.5 spacing. Please send your manuscript as a Microsoft Word document or as a PDF document.

What to include in your submission
Covering letter
Your covering letter should include:

Your full name (and pseudonym if applicable)

Your postal address, telephone number and email address

Any details about you (as the Author) and any previous writing experience

An estimated word count for your complete manuscript/book

The book sector and target audience you believe relevant to read your book (for example, Children age range 5-8 years)

A synopsis of your book

A complete manuscript/book

Whether your manuscript/book is a stand alone piece or part of a series of books.
Synopsis and manuscript
A synopsis is a brief overview, which can vary in length depending on the nature of your book, but generally it should not exceed 500 words. You will also need to include a copy of your full manuscript.
After your submission
Once your submission is received, it is considered for publication by one of our editors who will read through everything you have sent and assess the manuscript/book's content, its subject matter and its suitability. If one of our editors considers the submission appropriate for us and our lists, he or she will contact you and put forward an offer of publication either under a traditional contract or a hybrid publishing contract. If this is the case, you can expect to hear from us within three months following the date of your submission.
